1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a subscription to the RV Ad Club (the "Service") operated by R House Advertising
("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The RV Ad Club is a digital subscription service providing RV resort owners and operators with access to marketing assets, including but not limited to ad copy templates, social media designs (via Canva), sales scripts, and strategy guides. Assets are delivered digitally on a recurring monthly basis.
3. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION

Fees: The subscription fee is $99 per month, billed automatically to the payment method on file on the same day each month.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature and immediate access of the assets provided, we do not offer prorated refunds or money-back guarantees for partial months of service.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE
All content provided inside the RV Ad Club is the intellectual property of R House Advertising. Upon active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and publish these templates strictly for the marketing of your own RV resort(s) or campground(s).

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or share these templates or scripts with unauthorized third parties or other park owners.

You may not use these assets to operate a competing marketing agency or offer marketing services to other RV resorts.

Upon cancellation of your subscription, you retain the right to use the specific customized assets you previously downloaded, but you lose access to all future templates and the template library.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RESULTS
The RV Ad Club provides marketing templates and strategies; however, R House Advertising makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, occupancy rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), or business growth resulting from the use of our Service. The success of these materials depends heavily on external factors such as local market conditions, your ad budget, staff execution, and platform algorithms.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall R House Advertising, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
