Q: I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use this?
A: Absolutely. We built this specifically for park owners and managers, not web developers. We include quick, easy-to-follow instructions on how to set up your online ads and how to customize our Canva templates with a few clicks.
Q: Can I use this for multiple properties?
A: The Starter Plan is licensed for one physical location. The Elite Plan is licensed for up to three physical locations. If you own or manage more than three parks, please contact us about our Enterprise License to cover your entire network under a single bill.
Q: Is there a long-term contract?
A: No. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly from your RV Ad Club dashboard. Because our products are instantly downloadable, we do not offer refunds, but you are free to leave whenever you like. We require a 5-day notice to cancel before your next billing cycle.
Q: Do I need a Pro Canva Account or a Paid Google Drive?
A: No. All of our tools are designed for use with the FREE versions of these online platforms. If you are trying to do more advanced things in Canva or need more storage on Google Drive, they may prompt you to purchase their subscription, but it is not required to use RV Ad Club.
