Crossing Creeks RV Resort and Spa was acquired by a new developer in 2015. Previously in foreclosure, the new resort owner worked hard to bring the resort back to life and to add new amenities for guests and owners to enjoy, including a sauna and spa, a beautiful clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, and more. Five-star amenities coupled with concrete RV Pads, sites large enough to accommodate a tiny home log cabin, easy-to-access hook ups, and more provides guests with a true luxury experience.
Problem: Bouncing back from near foreclosure, the resort needed to raise awareness that they were open and bring guests in to experience this extraordinary resort.
Solution: A campaign that highlights ownership and the amazing amenities and features for RV owners and guests at the resort.
Media: Online display advertising, social media ads, influencers, email marketing, and RV industry marketing in RV publications and industry events.
Results: The resort sold out of the lots in Phase 1 and had to fast track additional RV lots to meet demand. Within 12 to 18 months from the beginning of the campaign, it became one of the top-selling RV Resorts in the country.
