Ross-Haigler Group is a Keller Williams Real Estate Agency in Union County North Carolina, part of the Charlotte DMA. They've been serving clients for over 10 years in this fast-paced real estate market. With properties that move quickly, as well as shifts in the market, Ross-Haigler Group was seeking to expand their client base while selling properties quickly. They need a campaign that would be responsive to the market. The goal of their campaign is two-fold: 1. To sell their listings quickly, and 2. To attract new clients to their realty group. Problem: Real Estate marketing is largely based on traditional media, like outdoor, radio, and print ads which are costly and unresponsive. Solution: Utilize new media, like social media advertising, video, landing pages and more to promote their just listed properties, coming soon properties, statistics on under contract properties (to attract new clients), and support other initiatives. Media: Social media advertising, online video, and landing web pages. Results: In the first few months, we helped to promote listings that sold within 24 - 48 hours with a large number of showings and multiple offers. In addition, we helped to increase their online audience by over 30%, and the number of inquiries from new clients.
